Think private long lunches in vineyards, black tie dinners, country sojourns with a fabulous group of guests all led by your charismatic host who will introduce you to the who’s who of Tasmania!

Itinerary
A Taste of Tasmania
Our adventure begins in Hobart, exploring the historic architecture and culinary highlights of the city, staying at the stunning Moss Hotel in Salamanca. We will venture out to MONA, with a four-course lunch at the Source Restaurant, followed by a tour of the museum.
On Day 2, Explore the famous Salamanca Market before taking the scenic journey to Grove, enjoying a private long lunch and tasting at the Willie Smith Cider Barn. Back in Hobart, we will partake in a Cheese and Beer tasting with local legend Nick Haddow, co-host of the Gourmet Farmer on SBS and owner of Bruny Island Cheese.
On Day 3, we will amble north, stopping along the way for a private tasting at wine producer Stefano Lubiana. Our private group will then have the pleasure of taking over the entire property of QUAMBY Estate, a heritage listed homestead with golf course and stunning private grounds. Working with local winemakers and the private chefs of the property, we have prepared a decadent black-tie dinner for guests, showcasing the very best of the region. Expect caviar, local wines and special guests!
We will continue exploring the north of Tasmania with exclusive tastings with the head winemakers at Ghost Rock Vineyards and Joseph Chromy Vineyards.
